Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information:

All parcels are dispatched from Germany via DHL and include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. While we strive to process and ship your orders promptly, please note that we are a small business. Kindly allow up to 14 days for delivery.

To ensure timely deliveries, please provide accurate and complete information for your delivery address, phone number, and email address. Once parcels leave our studio, shipping times are beyond our control. Keep in mind that the holiday season can cause delays, so we recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you’re located in Berlin, you have the option to collect your order directly from our studio in Lichtenberg. Simply select “In Person Pick-Up” at checkout, and we’ll contact you by email to schedule a convenient pick-up time.

We currently ship to the following countries outside of Germany:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.


Returns:

I take great care to wrap each piece securely to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if you are unhappy with a piece or if an item is damaged during transit, please document the issue and contact me.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt (as indicated by the carrier). Upon receiving the returned item, I will refund the full purchase amount, excluding delivery costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for returning undamaged items.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Fragile items must be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition; refunds will not be issued for items that arrive damaged, chipped, or broken.
